Hi, my name is Scott Guidry, a Louisiana licensed (LHI 10905) and Internachi certified (NACHI 15033108) home inspector located in Baton Rouge. I am the owner of Paragon Inspections, LLC.
As a Louisiana licensed home inspector, I bring eight years experience from the construction industry. Before becoming a home inspector, I worked as a supervisor/project manager in commercial and residential mold remediation and corrective construction. My years in the construction industry have allowed me to become proficient in detecting potential and existing problems in homes and businesses.
My areas of focus are the southern parishes in Louisiana; although I am qualified and willing to travel throughout the state to meet your inspection needs.

WHAT IS A HOME INSPECTION?
Purchasing a home or business is one of the most important financial decisions you will make. An inspection and report provide both the buyer and the seller with important information about the condition of the home or business at the time of inspection. My job is to provide the buyer with a thorough visual examination of the physical structure and all components of the property.
When selling a home or business, an inspector will provide a report with concerns that potential buyers may have. An inspection and report give the seller an opportunity to improve the condition of the property prior to listing.
